Project Scope:

1. Existing HVAC system removed and replaced with new HVAC system located at Building 26, Mt. San Antonio College campus.
2. The project scope is exempt to path of travel upgrades in compliance with 2013 CBC 11B-202.4 exception #7 for the projects consisting of only heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

New heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment includes air handling units, variable frequency drives, expansion tank, air separator, hot water boilers, pumps, control valves, VAV boxes, and reheat coils.
