Project Scope:

1. Demolition of existing gymnasium, locker room and (3) classrooms (Existing buildings L2 & N)
2. Partial demolition and complete reconstruction of building M & L1, associated canopies and site work.
3. Construction of (1) new two-story, 25,000 SF, fully sprinklered type IIB athletic center including: gymnasium, wrestling room, fitness center, two media classrooms, locker rooms, and associated site work.

New heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment includes rooftop packaged gas-heat units, make-up air units, exhaust fans, mini-split indoor and outdoor units, high volume low speed circulating fans, and air distribution.
